When Vick went to a STD clnic to check out his problem in the groin area he was so embarrassed that he used the name "Ron Mexico." Michael Vick has a legal case filed aganist him claim that he gave an STD to a woman. She claims that he went by the name Ron Mexico. That name was filed in the legal documents.
Michael Vick got treatment for Herpes under the fake name "Ron Mexico". Later, a woman sued him for knowingly giving her the virus and pulled his files from the center where he went for treatment(under the fake name) to prove that he knew he had it when they had unprotected sex.
What few people know is that they actually settled outside of court for a large sum of money, leading most people to the conclusion that he actually did give it to her, because if he did not have it, a simple std test would have cleared him and she would have had to drop her lawsuit.
