When I turn on my heat, I can hear the flame start, then stop, then reignite, then go out, then reignite, then go out. After this happens 3 times, the bloswer fan kicks on at full speed and just keeps going, blowing cold air into my home until I turn off the thermostat.

I doesn't happen every time, sometimes only 2-3 times per week. The flame looks nice and blue and the exhaust fan is working fine.

Is there an ajdustment I can make to keep the flame going, or is there a sensor that is not working as it should? I did notice what may be two flame sensors nearby the flame ports, but no flame ever hits them. I am guessing those are 'flame escape' sensors and may not be relevant to this problem.

You need to remove and clean the flame sensor. It is on the opposite end from which the burners ignite first. Should be a 1/4'' screw holding it in place. Steel wool or equivilent will work. After reinstalling, If that does not work, then see about replacing it.

I had the same problem. The best solution is to replace the flame sensor, it is less than $40.00 if you do it yourself and it is very easy to do.

Sounds like no venting or the pressure switch.
