I belong where i am happy. I am happy where a I am loved and accepted. I am loved and accepted where I am understood. I am understood by people who are similar to me. I am similar to my family. Therefore, I belong with my family.

I think it depends whether you mean "belong" in a subjective or an objective sense.
As I'm not a particularly spiritual or religious person, I do not believe that I'm here for a reason or that I have a certain destiny to fulfil. If I did, then I would be able to use this as a gauge to determine whether I was where I think "belong". As it is, I believe I just exist and there is no objective reasoning that would dictate that I belong anywhere in particular other than the current space and time that I exist in.
However, on an emotional level, I could take into account factors such as whether I like my job, my relationships, where I live etc., and whether I feel happy, settled and essentially whether I feel like I "belong" in that sense. And on doing so, I would have to say that I do not feel settled, I do not like my job or the city in which I live and work, and I feel unsettled in many aspects of my life. As a result, I would like to change many of these factors in a bid to be happier, become more settled, and I believe, to feel more like I belong.
So, yes in the metaphysical sense I do belong as there's no way that I could do so anywhere else, but from a more subjective standpoint, I do not.

I'm 12, i belong somewhere better, where your happy and secure and where your loved and can love others close to you, whatever your idea of paradise is; a beach, a crowded city or just a nice house, thats home, and one day i'll find that place.

I guess I belong where ever I am. It would not seem justifiable to say I belong anywhere else.

because i am mulatto, i feel,at times I do not belong anywhere, when it comes to social situations especially. maybe that is why I avoid them and am still single. If I do find someone special, the parents usually have a problem with me being half black and half white. I think I belong best with MY family, they are both black and white on both sides, so I fit in very well there!

Where do I belong?
At this moment, I am not really sure. I know that where I am is not where I am meant to be. My heart often pulls me when Scotland is brought about in conversation, I get butterflies in my stomach, like when you first realize that you are in love.
I think that the Scotland that my heart wants has died away though, now all that remains is markers of the time that was old.

On the veranda of a exotic house close to to the sea somewhere in the south pacific , with my diamond mine about ten yards behind with the diamonds laying on the surface , and my real ale brewery in the back garden, and a brandy sour in my hand

Maybe life is mapped out for you and you are going through the motions of your own destiny. But to believe in fate like that you are not in charge of yourown destiny.
To decide as an individual I believe that every now and again you are more aware of certain paths in life that you can take and you have to choose.
Still destiny to some extent but to believe in total fate/destiny you are not in control of your own life.
And we do have choices - we just need to dig deep into our souls to find them and recognise them.
