I used to wear Timex or my G-Shock or my trusty Seiko. Now, I don't feel like wearing them when I can wear something more interesting like Corum or Breitling or Rado.

My husband has turned me into a watch snob too. I refuse to wear quartz watches now and am always checking out what other people are wearing. We currently have a two tone oyester, gold chronograph Blancpain, IWC Portofino, moonphase Glasshutte, Royal Oak Audemars Piguet, and small gold Monte Blanc (this is our only quartz watch).

I'm not a huge fan of Rado, but I like Corums and Breitling. I have to say though that the Golden Bridge ended up being a huge disappointment in person after all the hype. Plus, it was really strange to actually see it on someone's wrist because it tended to magnify the pores and arm hairs!

Are you addicted enough to spend all day on TimeZone and The Purists? :)

Our tastes in clothes and watches change as we grow older. If you can afford them, there's no reason why you can't wear them. It does not make you a snob.
