You def can buy it, i bought some recently from B & Q. so i imagine most of the big diy places will do it, its with all the other spray cans, there are a few different finishes, but it does not give as "hammered" finish as the paint on stuff,

You can get spray tins of Hammrite at B&Q.

Most if not all car spare shops sell Hammerite in aerosol cans.
