"Fascinated" might not be the word. But, yes, an erected penis is more appealing when it's erected. WAY more appealing! When it's not, it's cute if you like the guy, kind of funny looking if you don't care!

Women are taught to not acknowledge penis's- out of sight, out of mind.
Statues like Michelangelo's, "David" seem to fascinate us; and we'll stare for hours at Davids limp penis ... but, it seems culture would rather have women more interested in other women than to acknowledge and enjoy the male body form ... in other words, society wants us to all be lesbians and society scorns us for having interest in the opposite sex and stuff like penis's. What can u do??? Guess be a closet penis admirer (giggle).
