Need to know 2 songs from the tv show Noah's Arc?

I need to find out two songs from the tv show Noah's Arc when Wade and Noah first dance. The 1st is from the pilot episode - it's a girl singing and has the words "that's why" in the chorus. the 2nd is from the 2nd episode of Season 1 and has the words "don't stash? her dawg..showoff, showoff...deja vu...alabama beach.." Can someone help me??? Many thanks in advance!
