She's wearing corduroy pants.....which in itself is not that big a deal....but she's also got thunder thighs......she also passes in front of my desk like 300 times a day.........

Tell her that although she looks lovely, the friction of her "shapely" inner thighs rubbing is causing quite a disturbance from your desk. Then ask her to either A) walk in a straddle position so as to prevent said noise-inducing friction, or B) stop walking by your desk.

I think you should accidentally spill some sort of cooking oil on her pants while she is sitting so it will get in between her legs and lube the thighs so they wont make that noise ,or just spray a little wd-40 on her works wonders.

that is annoying like the people who wear heels and clunk around all day. there is a guy here at work that wears CLOGS all summer and he shuffles his feet....
