Series 3 with David Tennant as the Doctor and Freema Agyeman as his companion Martha Jones, will begin in spring 2007 on BBC One. There's not an exact date yet, that I can find.
Are you as sad as I that Billie Piper left? I know that the Doctor can't ever get really attached to someone because the whole point of the show is that the Doctor will go on forever in his travels and never be able to live a normal life, but come on! I just got over Christopher Eccelson leaving and now Rose is gone! I can't take much more of this!

If seasons 1 and 2 are anything to go by, it'll be airing near to easter - roughly around march time.
having seen the teaser for the new season from the end of the xmas special you can Expect daleks, time travel, william shakespeare.
they filmed the shakespeare episode in my home city ;-)

The last series started in April, last year, so I would expect it sometime then. I remember the date cos it was Easter Saturday (15th).
