Hi, I used to live in a big city for 18 years of my life. I am now 21 and live in the country of North Carolina for the past 2 years, How can i adjust to the slower pace here in the country. I still find myself talking and working so fast that people in the country think im crazy because I move so fast. How can I stop, its driving me crazy.

Learn to meditate. You'll develop an appreciation for taking life at a slower pace.

Don't worry about it. You had 18 years you get the big city lifestyle in your system, expect it to take a bit of time to get the slower pace in your system. You will adjust without even trying, it just takes time.
