There using your ears to control you head back and forth..... stand up and get off your knees and tell them to stop it.

Without further description, it is hard to tell. Do you have big ears, small ears? It's an unusual thing at first reading.

That just is a teasing act usually done towards who is supposed to be passive (gay). It even could be a way to make a sexual proposal towards who gives arousal. Evidently, you are so cute to look like a sissy boy!

They must assume you like it, and think you are gay/bi. They are trying to be annoying, upset you, and bring you down. But really that is sexual harrasment and if they are taking it to that point where you are uncomfortable. I would tell someone who can help.
