well if the guy u r with sees this and says nothing then its not a cheat.. but he doesnt notice it is... going out with a guy means u should be focus on him.. because u like him right? i mean thats the whole point of dating him isnt it? if u dont want to have a relationship with this guy and u just go out to have fun with him u should make ur position clear by telling him exactly what u want from him... he may have totally different purpose for example and it would be wrong to do this ... the best thing to do to realise if what we r doing will hurt someone is to put ourselves in their position and really consider if this happened to us ......
its not wrong to want to flirt but not being in a relationship/commited (if you are)

Now, if your guy flirted with other girls, how would YOU feel? I don't think you would like it so why do this to him??? If you want to flirt then you should be single and not in any kind of relationship. Your with someone because you care about them so why hurt him by flirting with other guys? Not classy at all.

Yes because if you flirt with other people that means you don't have respect for the person you are going out with...So that is cheating

I wouldn't call it cheating ... lame, trashy, disrespectful, childish .. all those come to mind though.
It does send a very clear message to the guy you are out with " I donl;t like you, I don't care about your feelings and I wish I was with someone else." So don't be shocked if he dumps you or even leaves you right where you are, I know I would.
