From where??? Prices vary a lot depending where you are starting travel from, where you're going, and how long you need to stay. Post this info and you will get much better answers.

Air India is by far the cheapest, but they only fly from Chicago to Frankfurt or London (they might fly from LAX, too... I'm not sure). If you can get a cheap flight to Chicago it is really, really worth it for the price, because they are amazingly cheap. You have to book Air India tickets through a travel agent as they don't accept online reservations from the States yet, so check out their website and then just call any local travel agent and ask them to book the ticket for you. They will charge about $20 to do this, but it still should be much cheaper than anything else you will find. Just be sure to bring some snacks and a book, because the food is crap and the movies are usually in Hindi, but the staff is really nice and the seats are very big. http://www.airindia.com/

Otherwise, try:
Expedia.com to London
Orbitz.com to Frankfurt
Delta Airlines to Brussels

Priceline and Travelocity stink, don't waste your time.

Once you are in Europe, cheapest are wizz air and ryan air. If you post where you are flying from and to, that will really help!

Here is what I found, the cheapest day to fly is Wensday. The cheapest time to buy tickets is, Tuesday 3PM EST. Wensday is the best day but if that day doesn't work then try Thursday and then Sunday. At ALL costs avoid Friday and Saturday to fly. Try to book about 3-4 mos ahead of time for domestic travel. For Int start to look about 4-5 mos ahead. Good luck!
