It means you have a resolution selected on your video card that the Monitor cannot handle.

RIGHT CLICK ON DESKTOP AND GOTO SETTINGS SET THE PIXELS TO 1024 X 768 YOU MIGHT HAVE TO START UP IN SAFE MODE
