They are probably just as afraid (or not) as any heterosexual woman.
Why ask?

I'm really not, provided that they're not *on* me. Then they must die and I feel guilty. Otherwise I have a 6 foot rule in the house because I'm short and can only reach about 6 -6 1/2 foot to swat anything. As long as they stay above that or beyond the reach of the House Tiger (who looks at them as an 8 legged appetizer) they're welcome in the house. Blessings.

This has nothing to do with my sexuality. But I happen to think that's based on the spider, if it's one I know not to be poisoness, then 0. I actually find them quite interesting. But let me tell you, I've seen the effects of a brown recluse bite, and oh man am I terrified of them. If I ever see one of those, I might just piss myself.

I am pretty freakin afraid of them. I think its because when I was younger I lived in a house infested with big brown poisonous ones. Dont think I ever got over that lol.

7 1/2....If I can't identify them....they kind of freak me out. If I CAN identify them as NON-poisonous, they kind of fascinate me, but if they ARE poisonous...they scare the living do-do out of me!
Go figure. I'm naturally curious, but hey I'm still a girl!!
I had a bit of a scary encounter with spiders this past autumn...my son and I were away at a performance gig out in the woods. (An annual event we take part in ) and one of our group members found an interesting looking spider and decided to capture it in a clear plastic container. He then thought it would be "cool" to call us all in to view his quarry. Well one of our members is TERRIFIED of spiders...she started actually having a panic attack because of it!
We had to find her new lodging because she was simply too terrified to sleep in our quarters. We had to shake out every piece of her luggage, clothing, gear...everything.
We logged on line to check out what kind of spider it was and found it was a Brown Recluse....one of North Americas most poisonous spiders....
So yeah..I'm a little freaked out by them....but I don't have panic attacks.
