"I saw a calmness about him. We've always known he's a great player, but a calmness that said, 'You know what, no need to panic. We'll nip, we'll tuck, we'll go, we'll crunch, we'll Jew, we'll do it all.' And he nickeled and dimed 'em, and Peyton made the play when it mattered."

If you're torn between the two, you should look at the context. "Chew" fits in and makes more sense along with "nip," "tuck," and especially, "crunch." "Jew" does not logically fit that context anywhere in that sentence, so assuming Salisbury is well versed in English vernacular, "Jew" the less likely of the two words.

Come on, didn't you ever study for the SAT test?

Who cares what he said, he should be fired for impersonating an NFL "expert analyst". The guy was a career back-up, and he wasn't even a good back-up, how does he get to be an "expert". The guy is an idiot, he makes up for what he lacks in knowledge by being an obnoxious, loud-mouthed moron. It's too bad that John Clayton is a puny little nerd, I bet he really wants to kick the crap out of Salisbury on a daily basis.
