My periods have been regular (30-33 days cycle) After my periods which began on Nov 22 (and was a lil painful and slightly heavier than usual), had a bad case of stomach ache, bloating from Dec 7. Felt sore all over. Pregnancy tests negative. Kept having a sharp piercing pain on and off in lower right abdomen. Had my periods on Dec 22, though they were very light. Brownish discharge followed by bleeding for 3 days from Jan 8 - NEVER had anything like it b4 ever. Tests revealed nothing. Any answers...

Sounds like you could be dealing with an ectopic (tubal pregnancy) or ovarian cyst. Some cysts can be as painful as an ectopic pregnancy, but the best way to find out is getting an ultra sound.
You may want to push your Doctor, or even go to emerge, if the pain is acute (severe). I had a history of pregnancies with out ever having a positive pregnancy test, so when I new I had an ectopic pregnancy I went in and told them so. Well I had just finished a period days before so they started with all kinds of ideas. Luckily the hCG test (pregnancy) came up positive because they never did even find the embryo on the ultra sound.

The other thing is that you may want to rule out a potential problem such as appendicitis.....

Not sure what kind of 'tests' you had besides a pregnancy test.

Maybe you should look into PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I have never had a weight problem and gained 80 lbs in 2 years!! Early signs are missed periods, irregular periods, weight gain, belly area weight too, ovulation issues, pain in ovary area for some, facial hair for some, thyroid problems for some, insulin resistance, other hormone imblances. PCOS is the most common fertility problem and can be treated if you find a doctor who knows about it...it can be diagnosed 2 ways....a blood test checking...FSH and LH (?) hormones... if you have a 3:1 ratio, you have PCOS and you can also be diagnosed if you have a vaginal ultrasound to detect the cysts on your ovaries.

Brown bleeding means LOW progesterone...I complained to my gyn about it years and she said it was normal but I knew in my gut she was wrong. So I never saw her again!!! I have had several docs tell me it was low progesterone since then...but wouldn't give me a script for it...I finally found one and am on it. Get it fixed now because the more your hormones get out of balance the 'sicker' you will get.

I wish you luck in your quest for health! :)

You say overweight... Have you gained a lot of weight in a short period of time? Pregnancy tests CAN be wrong, and you CAN get a period when you're pregnant... but it sounds like perhaps theres someghing else thats the problem. Endometriosis. Have you had a pap smear recently? You should definitely get one. I know that if you lose a lot of weight (unhealthily) your period can stop, which is very bad for your body.
