Do the slide. This is were you move just enough to one side that they miss you or maybe get your check. Then you just put your hand on their chest and tell them nicely that you really don't want to kiss them, but are flattered they want to kiss you.

if this person is ugly only on the surface, i would do it maybe.
But if the person is ugly on the surface and on the soul...definitively, i wouldn't.
