i would be very wary of taking pills unless i knew exactly what was in them. these sound like they would have to have hormones or something that affected hormones, and that can make you go wacky.
if you are at all overweight, losing weight should lower your breast size...it seems to come off there first for most people. However, when i was twenty i was also a 36 DDD...now its a 40DDD, and unfortunately they are all mine and they're not going anywhere without actual surgery. i've thought about surgery too.
if you plan on having children you might want to wait until after if you think you might want to breast feed. sometimes the surgery can invert the nipple....i've obviously looked into the surgery.
also note, that if you want your insurance to pay for it, they require that you get a certain amount taken out, measured in ccs. this could make you much smaller than you want to be. otherwise, taking out just a little would not be medically necessary and thus the insurance won't pay for it. you'll need to check into that too.
i don't know how tall you are, but if you're 5'6" or taller you really shouldn't be all that disproportionate. before you get your breast size reduced make sure that they are what is making your back hurt. also, make sure you're wearing very supportive bras. Lane Bryant has this size, and their bras are made for both looks and utility...so not ugly, up to your neck stuff. Also, brands in the department stores are good too.

You can try weight loss, but it might not reduce the size of your breasts. I lost 60 pounds and my breasts stayed the same size. The rest of me got smaller, so I ended up in a smaller band size and a larger still cup size. I don't know that those pills are really going to work or not. I never tried them. I finally had reduction surgery done, and it was wonderful!! I could finally find cute clothes that fit in the bust area. However, I may not be able to breast feed if I have children as the surgeon removed some milk glands and such. This really wasn't a concern for me, and still isn't. (My mom was raised on formula and turned out just fine.) I love looking for bras now, and swim suits, and everything, even five years later! It was definitely worth the pain and discomfort. I had no complications, either, which helped too.

When I was in the Navy, one of my troops showed me a picture of her taken a few years before. She stood 5', and looked like Dolly Parton. She had breast reduction surgery. She was having back pains, shoulder pains. She lifted her shirt and bottom of her bra and you could barely see a light pink scar under her breast. (Yes, we were that close as friends...long story.) She is a beautiful gal and since the surgery, she was a much happier one, too. Talk to a surgeon about a breast reduction. Like Dawn, I think you'll be much happier. One day we had a party at the home of one of my other troops, and I noticed Dawn and a large breasted neighbor in the corner talking. That summer, Tina (the neighbor) was over in her bathing suit and something just didn't look right. She soon said, "I have to take this thing off. My stitches are itching like crazy." Then it dawned on me (pardon the pun) that she, too, had breast reduction. Those little puppies were standing proud. Good luck!

GREAT QUESTION- honest and real!
Weight loss, Childbirth and Illness- is the only way to naturally reduce the size of your breasts. Lets not encourage those in a unhealthy way. No Pill or exercise will make them smaller. Its genetics and weight that are the reasons. Nothing else.
A GREAT BRA- makes life better- get professionally sized and get several good bras, throw out the rest. Sorry Vicotria Secret is not a good bra, its just fancy.
Okay-
here's the real truth- wait till after the birth of the children
your breast WILL come back.
All my friends whom had it done, had it all over again.
Get a great doctor- no cheap way- LOOK at the clients, woman that look like you- skin colors all heal very different. I mean touch these woman. Not just pictures. They will tell you the good, bad and ugly of it all. BE prepared for the worst and expect the best.
Start now- get a medical "trail" of Pain from your chest.
Tell your medical docotor and see a chiropractor - this way your medical insurance will cover it. Yes 80% of the price can be paid for by your insurance! YEAH- you need at least two years of medical trail.
I am literally 42 FF and I'm 5'1" tall- girl I can relate. Small watermelons- and when you get older they get ugly girl!
SO take good care of them now! Always wear a support bra.
My aunt just had hers reduced (done) and I"M so gonna have it done in the next three years! I just want to have one more child.!
The reality is this- it is serious surgery, and more difficult than implants and it take several months to recover.
NO joke. So plan you life accordingly. Carrying college books or rocki climbing will be really hard for 6 weeks. so think "when" can I do this.
I am planning during the "fall" when kids are in school (August) that way I can be healed for the holidays Or the last week in December, because Jan & Feb are not that busy either.
Good luck!

I have three friends that had their breast's reduced and they've never been happier. All three of them looked like they had had their breast done after the surgery because they were so perky. I'm not kidding. They were wearing tank tops and halters without a bra and looked great. I highly suggest it. All three of them said the recovery from surgery was minimal in pain and they would do it in again in a heart beat because it was so much less pain compared to the pain and insecurity they felt from having such large breasts. Another perk, they all lost weight. I think subconciously you try to compensate for the weight from your breast being gone. I have two friend who had there breast's augmented and they gained weight.

i feel for you! i'm the same size as you now, but i was a 40ff before i lost some wieght (and i'm hoping they'll get smaller if i lose a little more). i had HORRIBLE back pain, it was between the shoulder blades, a CONSTANT cramp feeling. one thing that helped me with the back pain was exercising--any exercise seems to help a bit, but belly dancing (working the core, really) was the most effective for me. i've looked into surgery too, but i'm waiting to have kids first, and trying to get over my fears about having a serious surgery. so far though, the exercise has managed the pain, made me feel better, and the only inconvenience is having to go to a special store to get bras, and swimsuits, and having to have the occasional dress altered.
good luck!

My mother recently had breast reduction. She did not suffer from to much pain and was back on her a feet in no time. I dont think pills will give you what you are looking for. It may make the breast slightly smaller but they will probally return to the regular size when you stopped taking them. good luck!

you shouldn't take the pills for your breasts....my friend had the same problem....she's 20 with about your size and she finally got the surgery done....she was fine and she's happy she didn't take the pills cause she said the pills gave her constant headaces and absolutly no urge to do anything.....so look up things about the surgery befor you try the pills cause the surgery would be better....

If you are that size then no pill is going to be the answer for you. breast reduction may be the only way to go. It will enhance your life tremendously. You will be able to buy proper size clothing, your back aches will be gone etc...
This is just my opinion but if you can afford it or if your insurance co will pay( and most will) then I say do it.

They won't work.
http://www.breasthealthonline.com is a great site to go to to talk about breast reduction surgery with other women who have gone through it.
Working out doesn't even help that much unless you are seriously overweight. Been there done that.
