I am trying to upgrade my RAM on my desktop pc. Will I be able to mix the PC2700 and PC3200 without having any problem?

yes, but your pc3200 will be under used.

It's OK
But your system will run at the pc2700 speed and the Dual Channel Mode (if your motherboard supports) will be disabled and may cause bottleneck

PC3200 module RAM supposedly uses PC2700 features when slotted in a PC2700 ram slot

Those are both, DDR memory. My computer can use both, but as it has been said they will run at the slower speed.
