Did Arthur love Gwenivere? Ditto Lancelot?

Aurthur loved Gwenivere so much that he ignored it when it was bloomin' obvious.

Love did not destroy Camelot. Mordred making Aurthur face the truth did.

Also an argument that the quest for the Holy Grail killing the good but imperfect knights, taking the most perfect knights away, and leaving behind the knights like Mordred ended Camelot.

Why not read this story, or at least watch the movie for yourself. It is worth the time.
