Bundle up in bed in your favorite PJ's, get a box of tissues and have a good cry. Just let it all out, you will feel better after you let it out.

Come on now... Who is REALLY MAKING YOU feel bad?
Are you that ruled by circumstance and other people in your life?
Im sorry for you... That is a damn shame!
I imagine your body would rebel and hurt you... maybe it's trying to snap you out of it and show you that no one can hurt you emotionally BUT you!
This person being a part of your life is something you want right?
If you didn't want them there then they wouldn't be there right?
Then how is your pain mental emotional or physical... Anyone elses fault but yours?
Seriously... It is a damn shame that you can't figure this out on your own!

I don't strap on my pitty party hat and go to bed for a good cry. I get angry and think why am I letting this person do this to me, I am responsible for my own joy. I get up put my running shoes on a go for a good hard run/walk and think about how much do I really love and/or need this person if they are going to hurt me and make me feel this way. You are the owner of your feelings and no one can MAKE you happy, you have to be happy with yourself first....

You will end up in nut house if you do not get control of yourself and agood way to start is tell yourself in a few years it will make no difference and get a self secure feeling for your own self worth and what ever you think of yourself is what others will think of you and if you think postive then you teach others how to treat YOU>

Two steps
1) Ask yourself honestly if the relationship is worth the effort.
2) If the answer is yes, then make your issue known to the person in a non-accusatory way (ex. "You did this recently and it made me feel...")

I agree with Dannigirl. Then dump the person you're with. Nobody deserves to feel miserable in a relationship.
