There is nothing wrong with thinking about another person while you make love to your wife. EVERYONE does it, whether they want to admit it or not.
Talk to your wife. Tell her of your dilemma and ask her for some ideas. She may just be honest with you and tell you who she thinks of. I have been very much in love, but found myself thinking of certain actors during sex.
Then again, if you have trouble achieving orgasm when you think about other women, you may need counseling to get over your sexual hang-ups. What are the reasons behind your dilemma? Find the answer to that and you will be able to work towards a healthier sex life.
There was a great book that came out in the early '70's. "Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Sex and Were Afraid To Ask". If you can find it through your local book store or library, get it. It gives answers about everyday sex problems and is very informative.

First off, are you sure your wife really is?
I would just be honest with her and tell what's going on. After she's done being mad maybe she can come up with an idea to do something that you might really enjoy and be different. Or you could suggest things for her to do, wear, etc.

I think you should definitely concentrate on your wife when you're intimate, I do not think of other men nor do I think your wife does but she definitely needs to do some work, she may have some little surprises and stuff, let her take over, and enjoy the ride

Why feel guilty? It's just a thought, it's not like you're pursuing other women. But if it bothers you that much, look her in the eye and focus on her when you're together. Think of what she means to you, and think of all the things you do for each other.
But even the most faithful guy is gonna think of other women every now and then.

Most likely it's the guilt you feel. Thinking of other people works for SOME people, but maybe it doesn't work for you (it doesnt for me).
Try focusing on your wife's qualities and how pleased you're making her (you said she "gets hers"). That's a turnon for many. Good Luck!

It's normal to have a fantasy with other people. but why don't you have your wife do all the work to satisfy you since you are able to please her. Have her make all the moves. Have her kiss, and caress you. Let her be on top and be in control.

are you feeling guilty because of the fct that maybe your thinking about someone you both know???? if your gonna think about other women make sure your thinking about women in the media or in entertainment....
