Most makes and models of tankless water heaters both electric and gas work very well and can be mounted in all sorts of places. From plumbing installs with water heaters, i have put in many brands like RUUD, Bradford White, A.O. Smith. Those were pretty much the name brands i installed, and i did alot of them, but I would work with those brands, and call a licensed plumber from your area, they might have a new brand on the market.

I have installed a lot of all kinds from ones that look over done to ones that look like they came from a grage sale or goodwill. Rannai is probably the most popular brand name that I have installed and people seem to be very happy with them. The best advice I can give you is that you get what you pay for. Look for the best bargain and you will end up regretfull in the long run. Spend a little now and you will be happy for a long time. But most of all do your research!

Bosch is a very good make and big in Europe where most people use this type of water heater.

We had one and it worked great - never had a prob. Buy one that will meet the water demand of the household (think about any future kids if they are in the picture)

Bosch has been in the buisness for a while. Haven't heard anything bad yet about them. I installed Baxi Luna for a bit but their venting is expensive and they had some trouble with their water flow. Rheem makes a pretty good one, but only installed 1. Seemed very straight forward.

They are all good. Just get one. I have has my Bosch for about 8 years now and I would never go with a tank again.
