I have been contemplating getting breast reduction surgery due to my excessive back pain. But, than I decided taking pills would be easier to do than going through a whole surgery. The Alexia Breast Reduction pill website claims there are no side effects and can reduce breast size safely. I am a 36 DDD, only 20 years old and would like to be a smaller cup size. I was wondering if any woman tried the pill and did it work? Or if any woman reduced their breast size with out surgery any other way? Please help! No rude answers please. Thanks!

No pills, herbs, nothing works but surgery.

http://www.breasthealthonline.com helped me out greatly with my breast reduction surgery. there are many women on that site that have gone through it too.

Working out will not help that much, unless you are severely overweight.

I wouldn't recommend taking those pills, just like I would never recommend taking diet pills. They're pretty much the same thing. They aren't healthy and they dehydrate your body. Those companies are all about making money. It's pretty much all in your genes. You can't get rid of your size with a pill. I think the only way would be through surgery. You should try exercising along with eating healthy meals. You could lift weight's and focus on your upper body. Toning up in that area may help burn some extra fat, therefore minimizing it a bit. You could always research those pills online. You should go to WebMD and see if they have any information on them. Good Luck!
