RE:
Pinched nerve in neck area?

Have you been to a Doc to see if its actually a pinched nerve? It could be something else! Torn muscles are the pits too- Nerves regenerate themselves the width of a human hair in a year. If they are injured, it takes time for them to heal. Did you feel/hear a pop? maybe you overextended muscles, and you need to see a Physical therapist. They can help you stretch out your muscles and strengthen them so they will quit hurting and prevent injury in the future. See your Doc and get a script for a PT for an injury. Then you can get back in the saddle fast with no pain.

Ouch - painful. Try a chiropractor - preferably one that uses a little device called the 'activator' It's this awesome tool that helps to send correct signals to and from your spine. Getting correct signals will allow your spine to correct itself and allow to ease the pinching. From personal experience (also was in a bad car accident), the activator has REALLY helped and I recommend it to anyone with any neck or shoulder/back pain/ injuries.
Hope this helps and Good Luck.

See a certified chiropractor. Your bones are not stone, they are constantly moving and have a pattern of movement. When it is disrupted, you get a disk out of alignment.

Get it adjusted back in through the proper treatment and you will recover.

Doctors are not trained in holistic healing. They treat the body like car parts and recommend a pill that actually retards your bodies ability to renew bone tissue.
