And please be honest and fair. I have almost 100 paintings posted and I know the work is diverse but I really need the feedback in order to continue. Thanks!

When I viewed them as thumbnails, the landscape ones reminded me of 40's and 50's postcards; however, they became less detailed and more obviously brushstrokes when I enlarged them. (This made a not-quite Impressionistic 'impression' on me.) I do agree with the other poster about "Mirror Lake," as it seems more detailed and less artifical than the other landscapes I saw. The subject and still life paintings remind me of Van Gogh; it seems he is an influence. Others tend to speak to a sort of surrealist sensibility. I do, however, really enjoy the composition of some of them. Could you tell me if my impression is correct on "The Chat," and that the one man is staring at the other man's boat that appears to be full of water? It is suggested but unclear to me, since the area around his legs is darker but his boat still floats well above water...it was but a thought borne of the man on the right's direction of gaze.

Overall it is a good collection and quite diverse. I did enjoy looking it over!
