I imagine that it would probably look something like a Three Stooges routine with plenty of ear twisting and eye gouging.
Have you seen the film "Army Of Darkness" where Bruce Campbell is fighting his Siamese Twin (or whatever the hell it is)? I think that is probably the best image of what it would look like.
