Can you tell the difference between period blood and "virginity" blood?

For example (not me) if someone used a tampon on their period for the first time... would they not know that they just tore their hymen? (besides the pain)

***I'm too old too ask my parents, thank you people....
saving for mariage... just want to be guaranteed blood for wedding night so as no to end in divorce.... GOD FORBID***

It's that I think virginity means blood but I guess I still have that mentality that it's better if there is blood.. just for comfort reasons... and culturally not acceptable.... it's more proof I guess... peopl will always have that doubt in the back of their minds...

I don't think there's a difference in period blood or when the hymen happens. I think that only happens when a women who's a virgin has sex for the first time but it doesn't always get popped the first time.

Today's modern young lady is very active. She plays sports, rides a bicycle and sometimes horses. All this activity stretches any hymen that may have been present long before she even considers using a tampon and if it hasn't using a tampon will definitely do it. This whole hymen thing needs laid to rest it is really ridiculous to be so hung up on something that just isn't there for most women if they even had one of any significance in the first place and some women do not. Take note that obviously all this stretching does NOT cause bleeding and even for a tiny hymen sexual activity rarely produces any blood.

There are some women who bleed their first time and others who don't. I think it is relatively rare that a tampon will break the hymen but if it somehow did, you may not realize the difference between the blood. I think you would feel it.

But again, sometimes the hymen does not break the first night, or may have broken at some point in your life without even realizing it.

Have faith that your husband will trust you (and you will trust him) by the time you are getting married and have your most intimate moment together!

First off, not all women bleed the first time. I did NOT bleed, and I felt NO pain at all. Look it up, and youll find proof. Some womens hymens are very elastic and may not tear painfully during the first time of intercourse. Also, many young girls break theres unknowingly during gymnastics, horseback or any othe strenuous activites we do do as kids. Finally, the tampon goes in a completly differnt canal from where the hymen is inerted, so you can affect the hymen that way.

Their are so many ways to tear the hymen, My sister did at like 8 when she was rididng her bike, I was with her and I remember when she freaked out when she went to the bathroom wonderin what was wrong, their is no guarantee of blood when you have sex the first time and its frankly a little bizarre of you to be obsessed over it.....sex is not a gruseome awful thing, I'm not that experienced, but it sounds like you expect it to be horrible and while it may be uncomfortable at first, it will get better, and the guy who divorces you over not making a mess in the sack is a wierdo anyway!

The tampon normally doesn't tear the hymen. When you do break the hymen it is such a little bit of blood that even if you had had sex I'm sure your husband wouldn't even notice, my boyfriend didn't know until I went to the toilet and then told him I'd bled, although for me it didn't happen the first time I had sex. I have heard that many women nowadays don't even have a hymen.

Okay, #1. Women do not always bleed when they lose their virginity. Some women bleed a tiny bit and some gush. But wearing a tampon should not make any difference as to whether or not you bleed.

But congratulations on your strong faith. I'm sure that your wedding night will be fabulous!

just putting my 2 cents in. i didn't bleed or have any pain my first time. i didn't think i would because i rode horses my entire life, and if i had a secure hymen to begin with, then i was sure it would be all stretched out. but those books we got in grade school made sure to tell us that its just a little stretch of skin and some are almost complete, while others have holes or are so thin as to be nearly non existant.
no worries.

Some girls break their hymen during sports activites... and even so, some girls never bleed when losing their virginity.

Divorce because of no blood when losing virginity? That's a ridculous... My sister tied the knot recently, and she did not bleed (shes a virgin of course), although her husband was 100% postive losing virginity meant blood... but he learnt otherwise... and he loves her just as much.

If you used tampon frequently I think you will break you hymen without noticed. So if you want to keep your hymen for your honey moon should used pad is the best.
