It would be uninhabitable!!!!!!

The season's would be more extreme in the temperate zones, the winters would be colder and the summers hotter. The long winter nights would be longer and more of the earth would have "days without nights". The balance of heat and cold would change so there might be more ice at the poles, but less down from the poles in glaciers and ice sheets.

earth would be an Iceball and we all would be frozen that would actually occur even it the axis were tilted one degree more than it is now
