You can't really permanently delete all web pages your have ever viewed.
However if you're trying to cover your tracks from your parents or other people who aren't gifted in technology, just hit the "clear history" button and delete cookies, internet files. That will clear it enough for most people.
There will always be a trace of them left, but unless you know EXACTLY what you're looking for, it will be hard for the average person to locate.

Actually you can. If it's just cookies have been deleted, there's no problem since cookies just store the "previous webpage setup" since the last time you viewed it. If you have Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher) web broswer, the Webpage History can usually be found on the upper left side corner; it's a "star" icon and the one next to it is a "star with a plus sign". Click on the star and go to the tabs then click on History. Note: If you deleted your webpage history, then you can't "jump" directly onto those webpages anymore. You'd have to type in the full web-address in your brower.

For even more security, get a program like Eraser that scrambles the unused bytes on your hard drive. Just deleting files doesn't actually remove them from the disk - it just removes them from file listings and such. The information is still there and can be retrieved by "undelete" types of programs, and other forensic programs.
