Hi,
I was looking at my service entrance (panel) today. I noticed that 3 romex wires were entering the panel, and being held by 1 romex clamp. Is this OK to have? Just wanted to know.

Only if the connector is rated for more than one cable.
Typically the metal connectors are not, and the plastic connectors are.
Again, it depends on the rating of the individual connector.
