Conscription see last para....The Wermacht was a conscription based army......see bottom
And yes the Germans in WW2 used many differnent alternate sources for soldiers. They recieved help from many other countries in the African campains and small european countries such as Lithuiania that had no choice but to help germany or be taken over. However especially towards the end of the war Hitler needed every man he could get. Even some jews were conscripted. The Hitler youth ( boys of 10-14) were used and deployed with regular infantry. The battle of Berlin at the end of the war was mainly old men and young kids. They especially used Russian deserters or prisoners to be in supportive roles i.e. assistant radiomen low level jobs like that......Some of the Russians went to the Germans to escape Stalin......All of these countries helped germany out with various divisions and units of troops.

Conscription
By 1935, Germany was openly flouting the military restrictions set forth in the Versailles Treaty, and conscription was reintroduced on 16 March 1935. While the size of the standing army was to remain at about the 100,000-man mark decreed by the treaty, a new group of conscripts this size would receive training each year. The conscription law introduced the name Wehrmacht, so not only can this be regarded as its founding date, but the organisation and authority of the Wehrmacht can be viewed as Nazi creations regardless of the political affiliations of its high command (who nevertheless all swore the same personal oath of loyalty to Hitler).

Germany is a almost perfect country - I mean attitude, power of work to improve, good system.
They almost conquered Europe twice.
They are the best of Europe.
What did Romania in 2000 years ? Almost a vampire story and a good gymnast.
Let's face it. They are good but I don't like their language.
