I was born with hypospadias and experienced a difficult childhood because of surgeries. How does one explain it? I missed school days from 2nd grade to 4th grade because of it. I got tossed into special ed classes because I was far behind. Embarrassing as **** I'm 34 years old now. How has it affected me? Well, it was surgically corrected for the most part.
I'm married and have children, this should be known.
To be graphic, I can move on. Everything that should come out the main hole, does. The surgery was successful in that aspect. However, despite multiple surgeries I retain a small hole on the underside of my penis towards the base. It's hard to pee standing up. It can spray everywhere. I have to know exactly where the hole is to cover it with my finger if I'm pissing in public. On the sexual end, I will pre-*** out of that hole rather than the head of my dick first. However, I spout a lot of precum so it's not that bad because I perform from both ends and it works great.. Speaking of "dick", I have no sensitivity on the bottom side of my penis where guys supposedly get the most stimulation from the frenulum. None. It has no bearing on me. It's hard being a guy in this situation and I've faked it in my past. I understand it's necessarily hereditary.

they take a small piece of foreskin or lining of the mouth and create a new urethra.Hypospadias is a condition in which the penile tube fuses incompletely during fetal development. This condition results in a malformed urethral orifice (meatus) with concomitant malformations of the glans, prepuce, and underside of the penis. The extent of the malformation varies, with the urethral opening positioned somewhere between the tip of the penis and the scrotum.
Traditional repair of hypospadias typically consumed the foreskin, resulting in a denuded, unnatural-looking circumcised penis. Today a number of improved techniques for hypospadias repair are now available, achieving a penis with a natural-looking reconstructed foreskin and improved cosmesis. Foreskin preserving techniques are described in reports by Kröpfl and colleagues,1, Gilpin and others,2 Hoebeke et al.3 A ten year follow-up by Gray and colleagues shows distal hypospadias repair with foreskin preservation to be very successful.6 Erdenetsetseg & Dewan reported excellent to good results in 86 percent of their patients.7
Because hypospadias is not a life-threatening condition, it is not urgent to order immediate surgery. The American Academy of Pediatrics says that there should be no genital surgery in the first six weeks of a child's life when bonding is occurring.4
The AAP has stated that the best times for hypospadias repair surgery are between six months and twelve months of age.4 However, it makes more sense to wait until the child is old enough to understand what is happening. More and more groups are now saying that any non-urgent genital surgery should be delayed until the child can decide for himself about the surgery.5
Because hypospadias is not an emergency condition, there is also plenty of time to seek out a surgeon who is familiar with modern repair techniques and who can achieve the best, most natural-looking result. The latest surgical procedures are able to provide a natural intact appearance in many cases.

Romans 2:27-29; ' ... and he who's bodily uncircumcised, if he keeps the regulation, will he no longer choose you who nevertheless having the letter of the regulation and circumcision are a transgressor of the regulation? For he isn't a Jew who's one outwardly, neither is circumcision that that's outward contained in the flesh. yet he's a Jew who's one inwardly; and circumcision is that that's of the heart, by way of the Spirit, no longer by way of the letter; and his compliment isn't from adult males, yet from God.

Quite painful afterwards but give him lots of TLC and he'll be fine. The operation is quite common (I worked on a surgical ward for a while) and I haven't seen an unsuccessful one.
Speak to your surgeon and he will explain everything to you fully.
