Stand your ground and don't let anyone else's thoughts get you down. You know in your own heart and mind what the truth is...so, stay firm. The truth will come out and those who have doubted you, will have egg on their faces.

It depends on the situation and what you are accused of doing. You have 3 main options 1) Try to prove your innocence or convince others of it. or 2) Ignore the accusations, do not address them, change the subject etc... with any luck they will soon forget about it, or 3) If you can't prove you didn't do it, and it's not very serious, It may be easier to admit to it so that they get off your back. Hope this helps.

I think most of us has been accused of something. The only thing to do is be yourself. Some people are going to talk in believe you did. But there nothing you can really do about that.Sometimes we can't worry about here say. We can't control other people, that's a fact of life. If your trying to explain the truth in no one listening there's not much you can do. In sometimes the truth comes out.So you best bet is go on about your business, in be yourself. If you don't worry about it, it won't ruin your life. You can't live for people. OK

I shouldn't worry too much...if the person that's asking you if you did something wrong knows you well enough they'll be able to draw on their knowledge of your reputation that you would have built up with them...If they know the person telling the lie about you then they should equally draw on the reputation of them....however if they don't know you very well & still hang around you then only time will tell.
As for everyone else, well! facts or no facts most people believe what they want to believe anyway....so sod the lot of them.

Figure out a way to convince the person that you did not do it. You would have to give the details on why you were accused for a good alibi from any of us though.

You tell the truth and nothing else. Once you lie you'll end up lying
to cover up that lie and so on. I would find some way of proving
you're telling the truth. Believe me I've been there and it isn't fun!

Everything eventually comes out. If you didn't do it, just say one thing to your accuser "When you find out that I'm telling the truth, I'll be expecting an apology." Nothing more nothing less.
