I asked this question for a reason. If you notice, it's under the "psychology" category. I just wanted to see what perspective you're looking at it from. I can see that so many people follow directions strictly "by the book". Some people look at it from a legal standpoint, and others may not give a damn about a stop sign. And for the record, I do have a driver's license and I am a damn good driver who's never been in an accident!!

No, it means use your own judgement, and keep going if you feel it's safe. Then endanger your own life, and/or the life of anybody else in the vehicle with you, by smashing into another car, or have one crash into you.

Please tell me you don't have a driver's license.

It means that it's the law that you have to stop. You can break the law, if you want to. But if a law enforcement officer sees you do it, you will probably have to suffer the punishment proscribed by the law.

Only if you don't want to get killed by an on-coming car. However, if you're seeking adventure in the next realm, don't stop and see what happens.
