The suit is ridiculous on its face, I agree. But then, as I say, I have not seen the ads. Still, if the ad is tacky, the best defense in my opinion is to write to the company.

You see the problem at once, of course: they have a monopoly. You buy that particular brand name, or you don't have the physical result you want. With most products, if you don't approve of the ads, you can simply boycott the product. Won't work with a monopoly on something so important.
