You have to be careful about sharing your ideas - make sure that anyone you approach for potential seed money sign a non-complete/non disclosure agreement - otherwise, they can steal your idea and you will be screwed.

There are tons of books on finding investors. Search for VC (venture capital(ist)) or angel investor on Amazon or in your Library.
