Did she notice things she doesn't normally have. Also how is she feeling normally. Is she more tired? does it bug her to brush her teeth...do her gums bleed when she brushes? Does she feel more thirsty then normal...and food does she really want it or does it make her sick? has her sense of smell increased? Ether way she should take a test! But you can ask her these questions until she gets a chance to take one.
