The Weather Central building in Australia is ONE ... if you search "13 level building" you get a lot of results.

alot of building have 13 or more floors, its a old superstition not to name the 13th floor 13. but there are alot of building in north america that have a named 13th floor.

Many do, but they skip the 13th floor because it's supposed to be bad luck. (i.e. the floors, in order, will go 10, 11, 12, 14, 15...etc.)
