Desperate financially and chances of getting another job are bleak. I am up to my eyeballs in debt and over the age of 45. I also have a slight physical disability. This makes me unwanted by a lot of employers. Oh that's right I've already lost my job and in this situation right now. Any suggestions?

I'd only survive for about a month before needing money. I currently work at a restaurant, so finding another position with similar pay would not be hard. In fact, I could probably find a place that pays more than I'm making right now. Dang... I should quit my job.

If I lost my job then it means I lost my company and that would hurt my pride more than anything. However, financially I would be able to hang on for a while and finding a job is not a problem, I'm a truck driver.

Financial I'd be okay for awhile before things started to get tight...as far as getting another job, that would be harder because I live in a small town with very few options.

Extremely dire in my mind. I could probably end up homeless, because my house payment is lower than some folks' rent. We are just barely scraping by on my income. I feel very fortunate that I can get up and go to work even when things get hectic at work. I love what I do and working something I didn't like so much would be difficult.

I hate my job, so that would be a good thing for me. I have enough in savings to get me through a month or so with out a job. Only thing is it's not so easy to find a job here in Colorado Springs. Things would be tight for awhile since I depend solely on myself.

Getting another job would be no problem where I live - there are thousands of job available and not nearly enough workers to fill them!

I would have to immediately find another job and cut expenses, because making any less money would mean not being able to pay all of my bills.

If I lost my job now, I would be prepared for it. Jobs today are never secured so check my profile.
