You my friend have spyware or a worm, i had this. Be carefull if you ignore it as the crafty buggers can get your details and take the money themselves. The solutions would be to ring them up find out, if you can't get through/find a number/given number doesn't exist then they are up to something. You would then have to go through ALL your files to try and find where they have anchord, if you don't really know your way around computers then i suggest professional help.

run a virus scan and spyware/adware scan right away. disconnect from the internet before doing this. You may be vunerable to denial of service attacks. If you don't have a virus scanner, try active virus shield-
I also reccomend spybot search and destroy and adaware by lavasoft. Run all these scans wile disconnected from the internet. When the scans have completed, delete whatever viruses or spyware you find. Disable system restore on all drives to clear restore points, then go re enable system restore and create a new restore point before restarting your computer. (any viruses, spyware you had will still be present in system restore)

the exact thing happened to me but I did click on it, I was on the internet and a pop up came up for sexxxpassport so i clicked on it, and they sent messages saying I owed £19.99, but the site they were sending it from didnt have a valid security certificate, it said that the domain wasnt registered to the company it said it was, so I went into it and deleted it and none have come since, so its just a scam to try and con money out of you.

This is an adware that provides the user access to adult-oriented material for a period of 3 days. It downloads and displays pop-up advertisements on a regular basis while you surf the net.

You can get a free scan and eliminator from:

Its a usual hacker. If you want you can do research and see if the site actually exist and see if it has customer service to see if its true. Most likely its a hacker or a poser trying to steal your identity in some way.
