This is a problem because the more you have to do the more it seems to be difficult to know where to start and the more you become de-motivated.
This works for me: I set an alarm for the same time every day and spend at least a few minutes doing what I have to do. Then I stop for a coffee and feel that I have earned it. When I have a pile of jobs to do, I pick one of the most horrible and do it. Once it is done I feel better and the other jobs seem trivial by comparison.

First, you need to find your dream - why are you living, why are you doing this. Sounds corny, but it is the most important step.

Then you develop a plan to achieve that. This plan includes the business side, and the dream side. It also includes a plan for healthy living. (eating and exercise.)

And then you execute. One day at a time. It's as easy and as difficult as that.
