This is a problem because the more you have to do the more it seems to be difficult to know where to start and the more you become de-motivated.
This works for me: I set an alarm for the same time every day and spend at least a few minutes doing what I have to do. Then I stop for a coffee and feel that I have earned it. When I have a pile of jobs to do, I pick one of the most horrible and do it. Once it is done I feel better and the other jobs seem trivial by comparison.

First, you need to find your dream - why are you living, why are you doing this. Sounds corny, but it is the most important step.
Then you develop a plan to achieve that. This plan includes the business side, and the dream side. It also includes a plan for healthy living. (eating and exercise.)
And then you execute. One day at a time. It's as easy and as difficult as that.

I always make a list. I start with the things that most important, I then cross them off my list as I get them done.

Its tough at this time of year, I blame it on the weather! Make a list and cross things off as you go, then you will feel more positive.

Just start with the first thing you have to do right away. Then, the next one. Never fails.

I wish I knew.
I often feel like that but actually it's obvious that if you do something you like you do it better.
