You come home from a hard days work to find your spouse in bed with your best friend and when they see you they just laugh and point. What do you do?

Ask your friend how they like the sloppy seconds and then start laughing your a** off. Then kick them both out of the house or move out yourself. There's other people out there for you who will be faithful.

I would calmly pick up a phone in the presence of both and call my attorney and say, "I want you to file divorce papers for me based on my spouse's infidelity, and I want you to file a suit for whatever reason you can against (ex-best-friend) for knowingly violating my marriage rights, and to sue (ex-best-friend) for every cent he has." I would also ask the lawyer if the ex-best-friend has committed a law violation by violating my civil rights, and if so, I would then call the police to come and arrest the ex-best-friend.
I would then calmly put the phone down, and take my digital camera and take as many photos of the two of them as possibe (with date stamp on each photo), and then wait for the police.
If where I lived, the violation of the marriage contract by somebody was not considered illegal, then, after taking the photos, I would tell them both to leave the house immediately. In fact, I would do this with my lawyer still on the phone (speaker phone), so that he could act as a witness to what he heard--just in case either the spouse or ex-best-friend decided to claim later that I was intimidating or threatening them.

There's not enough background information. Is your relationship with your spouse monogamous or open? How long have you known your best friend? Were they friends before your relationship with your spouse?
Okay, enough analytical blather. It sounds to ME like they climbed in bed together as a joke. In which case, I'd strip and join them. Threesomes are hot.

That is just not possible in my life - I can't even imagine it at all. My husband is dedicated to me 100% and we have been together 16 years. My best friend is a woman.
If this did happen to you I am very sorry and hope you ended your relationship with them both.

I would look at them both and tell them that I hope it was worth it and that they deserve each other. Then I would grab as much of my stuff as I could carry and walk away. He who laughs last laughs best and what comes around goes around!!!

Leave and never go back. Well, not until you've had them evicted from the property and put a restraining order on them for the trauma they've inflicted.

Kick both they *** just for the hell of it. . and then point and laugh at them when they trying to get the hell out the house. . .take all their clothes so the only way out is naked or in a sheet, and then laugh and point at them when they leave, be creative.

I would jump on them b****hes and f**k them up like crazy. Bad enuff, they're cheatin.....then laugh....oooo I'd go n get a gun and a aim straight @ em.
