lovinlifeinorlando is right, the beaches on the west coast (Clearwater, St. Pete area) are a lot nicer; whiter/softer sand, cleaner, not as touristy, and more family oriented. Although they are a bit further (about 30 minutes) you don't have a toll road to worry about.
Hope you enjoy your anniversary!

Absolutely not a good idea. That's the last 4 weeks of Daytona Bike Week. While I am an avid biker, and you will not likely see nudity (unless you go up to Daytona, there will be lots of bikes and partying going on. It's a huge event that spreads out it's influence a long way (over 500,000 motorcycles).
Orlando is fine, and if you want to check out the bikes, Orlando Harley, just north of Universal Studios has events all week.
For the Beach, do yourselves a favor and go to Clearwater. No rip tides, pristine white sand beaches, and smaller waves. Frequently the water is warmer as well. If you want to spend the night, try Sheraton Sand Key. Super wide beach and very nice.
Just watch out for responses and websites talking about how wonderful the timeshares are. If you do decide to visit one for tickets or whatever, be sure it's worth 3-4 hours of your time (90 minutes is the exception, not the rule)
#1 rule - Have Fun! Don't let anyone get in your way. You can make a decision every minute to enjoy yourself regardless of any unexpected upsets.

You won't find crazy beaches like that unless you head down to Miami. Cocoa Beach is a wonderful family beach. They have a huge arcade right by the pier for kids and great boogie board, volleyball, and other water sport rentals to choose from. It is also the closest beach to Orlando - about a 45 minute drive. However, I do believe there might be something going on in Daytona that week, which uses the same hwy that you'll take to get there. So you might deal with some heavy traffic.
My favorite beach in Florida is Siesta Key. It is located in the quiet beach town of Sarasota. It is about an hour and 45 minute drive south from Orlando, but completely worth it! It is by the far the best family beach I think I've ever seen! They have a great pavilion where you can buy great food, ice cream, or souveniers. The beach is known for its baby-powder soft white sand. It is the purest white sand in all the nation - ultimately derived from the Appelachian Mountains over milleniums. Its also a shallow beach - you can wade for quite a while. They also have showers everywhere. It's just a very nice beach.

If you like to be away from it all.....look up "Playalinda" also known as Canaveral National Seashore.....it is a little more remote and you'll find very few of the party crowd.
Just don't park in Lot 13....as that is a famous nude beach. All other lots will be clothed, accessible and stunningly pristine.
Happy Anniversary :)

properly...it relies upon. in the event that they're greater gentle in environments such as the U.S., then easily deliver them to Ocho Rios. Ocho Rios is, by skill of a few distance, the city with the smallest quantity of subculture marvel for travelers, because it grow to be a city designed and outfitted as a progression undertaking with the only objective of being a vacationer holiday spot. They actually have a demanding Rock there. that's somewhat extraordinarily! bear in mind, that's a 40 5 min force from the airport. That being mentioned...my popular spot to circulate holiday at when I depart Kingston is Negril...yet i'm youthful and revel in going to Jungle and their outdoors stay shows. in the event that they're greater pro travelers, i could deliver them to Negril---Negril has advantageous inns (no longer somewhat as advantageous as Ochi---what we call Ocho Rios), and a few attractive eating places like Kuyaba, RockHouse, and Rick's Cafe (which boasts the terrific sunset view in my u . s . a ., as properly as 40 ft cliff diving adventures). they are able to additionally take a time out to circulate river rafting, or by Mayfield Falls (a organic spring water fall the place u can climb and swim as much as the splendid----no longer a number of travelers right here, very organic and captivating and a a lot much less complicated climb up than Dunns River Falls in Ochi). there is likewise a place in Negril stated as Alfred's Ocean Palace which has outdoors reggae stay shows each and every Friday and Bourbon sea coast, which has stay reggae shows two times a week (and the terrific JERK fowl I even have EVER tried...and that i'm a Jamaican!!! yet tell them to concentrate of the spicccccy sauce and to request it on the facet). Now, in Negril they are going to be approached---somebody will ask them in the event that they desire to purchase ganja---yet merely tell them in strengthen to grin and say no, and that they are going to be high quality! Montego Bay could be my final decision for them, it extremely is all remarkable, however the only sea coast that i could even advise is physician's Cave sea coast and that's actually purely some yards long....... i'm hoping this helps!
