Salary Requirements: They want to know how much money you want to be paid.

Remember, interviews are a 2 way street. You have a set of skills that you bring to the table that companies need. They are interviewing you, but you are also interviewing them.

When telling them what your salary requirements are, if you say something too high based on your experience, then they won't hire you because you'll be "too expensive" but you also don't want to quote something too low because you have worth too.

Salary History:

Is a list of the past 2-3 jobs that you have held and the amount of money that you were paid in each of them. (If you were paid hourly, then say your hourly rate ie: $10/hour; If you were salaried, then let them know what you were paide ie: $27,000/year)

Hope this helps

Salary requirements means the employer wants to know how much you hope to be paid. Salary history is asking how much you're making now or have made in the past if you aren't currently employed.
