I doubt if you can get the ECU repaired.In most cases its replaced if found faulty.You can get it done at either tata or fiat dealer.Will cost you around 12000 bucks.

Are you sure the problem is with the ECU?
You should try any of the tata showrooms and service stations since Tata services all the Fiat vehicles in India.
