I am 38 and very freckled. I hated them as a kid. Now I like them; they make my age really hard to guess. Most people think that I am a lot younger than I am.

If it is any concellation, with limited sun exposure, my freckles have faded quite a bit since I was a kid.

Avoid sunlight and wait until your skin matures more. Many people's freckles fade as they reach adulthood. That's about it. Otherwise the most you can do is cover them up. Freckles are especially cute on fair-skinned people...and redheads. *smile*

oh i used to have a face full of freckles (it was horrible)
i heard that you can fade them with lemon juice, so i tried it and did it everyday (with a cotton ball) for a few months.
and i stopped going outside and now i don't have ANY freckles. (honestly)

just whatever you do don't go to the tanning bed.

i wouldn't...i think that if you have freckles it is part of your natural beauty...they probably look great...i have freckles too and people often say that if i didn't have them i would seem like a differnet person..i say just keep em' they are not all bad. but it is up to you in the end : )

Probably the best option is to find good makeup to cover them up. However, learn to embrace your freckles...they are a part of who you are!

you can 'cover' them with self tanning lotions (not real tanning that will give you more) and make up. the self tanner will blend them for you. try buying a gradual tanning lotion from the store, if you like the way it looks go to a salon and get the spray on tan, you can get it for under 20 and it gets your whole body evenly
