I thought that it, would like some beer and maltezers. So we had a lads night in, you know watching big brother with no pants on etc. Anyway, what should I tell my GF, do you think honesty is the best policy or should I start to make up some fibs?
I could blame her little brother he needs a good spanking?

tell her that you weren't capable of looking after it, and that you are so sorry that it has died. Offer to buy her another one, but if she doesn't want one, thats all right, she just needs time to get over this one. Don't blame her little brother, thats just so unfair (but probably what i would do) Don't tell her the actual reason why it died - you never know she might dump you! Just tell her that you couldn't offer it the care and attention that it needed, and that it passed away peacefully in it's sleep.

Get a little pyrex beaker, write 'Potion' on the side and fill it with lime cordial and place it in the cage.
Then, just before your GF returns, put a ferret in the cage.....
