I would leave him. If he just got engaged 2 u and already tells u he hates u then it's not love he is looking 4 someone 2 become his maid and i am pretty much sure that u r not a maid. U have 2 really think about this and think about it very hard. Y would he say he hates u. When someone loves u the word hate doesn't even exist in their vocabulary. Do u want 2 b with someone who could turn out 2 b very violent in the future because he doesn't even care if ur back was hurting. U have 2 get out now b 4 it's 2 late. Does he think u became his property once he put that ring on ur finger. He sounds like a big baby. Wake up, don't do it.

Gal, if he is that insensitive now, do you think hes gonna be any better if you marry him. Most of us marry hoping it will last a Lifetime. Whats gonna happen if you ever became disabled and was unable to get around. Does not sound like the type to be there for you. Besides who the heck irons anymore?? Most clothing is permanent press, Just throw it in the dryer on low heat and the wrinkles should disappear. If hes not satisfied with that, tell him to take them to the Cleaners..

Break off the engagement and run. It sounds like he has the potential to be abusive - if not physically - then certainly emotionally. You don't want to marry someone that loves you one day and hates you the next. You deserve better.

And you want to marry this jerk? I would tell him to do his own damn ironing and then he can put them in a suitcase and then he can hit the road. If you are living with him I would move out. Do you want to be a wife or a maid? He obviously does not respect you like a partner should. It will only get worse.

"Hate" is a very strong, hurtful word! If he used it over an ironing issue, then what happens when you have REAL issues? You are not his slave and I hope he doesn't treat you like one. Be careful not to be getting into a relationship that you will regret later. You don't have to rush into marriage. Good luck and have respect for yourself and demand it from him. You are worth it!

It's no big deal. You have to understand how important ironing is to a man. I may have said "I hate you" also, but when the ironing is done the next day everything will be fine. If not, you can give him a massage or something to smooth things over.

If you think that he was serious, then I would seriously rethink the engagement. It is a really mean hateful thing to say and it might be a sign of future verbal abuse.

You need to find another Fiancee, who appreciates the fact that you would even consider doing his ironing.

He sounds immature, wait to get married, that is a huge commitment that is legally binding and if he says he hates you over stupid stuff I would hate to see what he'd be saying in a few years.

I certainly wouldn't marry someone like THAT! Even if he didn't mean it literally, you don't tell someone you hate them. You don't want to marry someone who is that disrespectful, so I'd at least put off this wedding until you get these issues resolved.
